1. Policy Overview

This policy applies to all web design, development, and digital services provided by Aarush Pal. Our model is built on mutual trust: you pay a small amount to reserve our time, and the balance only when you are happy with the results.

2. Booking Fee (5%)

To confirm your project and secure a dedicated slot in our production calendar, a 5% booking fee is required upfront.

• This fee is generally non-refundable as it covers the administrative costs of project kick-off and reserves a slot that could have been offered to another client.
• If you cancel before any work or consultation has started (within 24 hours of payment), a full refund of this fee may be considered.

3. Pay-After-Satisfied Promise

Our core philosophy is "Pay only when you love the final result."

• The remaining 95% of the project cost is only payable once the project is completed and meets the agreed-upon requirements.
• If you are genuinely unsatisfied with the work after all possible revisions, you are not obligated to pay the final balance.

4. Project Cancellation

By Client: You may cancel the project at any stage. If cancelled before completion, the 95% balance is waived, but the 5% booking fee remains non-refundable.

By Aarush Pal: If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a 100% refund of all amounts paid, including the booking fee.

5. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are not applicable once the final project files have been delivered or the website has been migrated to your live server.
• Digital products or "Ready-to-use" templates (if purchased separately) are non-refundable due to their nature.

6. Revision Policy

Before considering a refund or cancellation, we offer a specific number of revisions (as per your chosen plan) to ensure the output aligns with your vision. Most dissatisfaction can be resolved through these iterations.

7. Refund Timelines

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control.

8. Refund Method

Refunds will always be issued to the original source of payment (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) used during the transaction.

9. Changes in Project Scope

Significant changes to the project scope after the work has commenced may require a new estimate. If you choose not to proceed with the new scope, the current project can be cancelled under the standard terms in Section 4.

10. Third-Party Costs

Costs incurred for third-party services (such as Domain Registration, Premium Hosting, or Stock Media Licenses) are non-refundable as these are governed by the respective providers' policies.

11. Termination of Agreement

Aarush Pal reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client provides incomplete information, behaves unprofessionally, or fails to communicate for more than 15 consecutive days without prior notice.
