How do I become a member of CashTree?
You can visit our branch with your Aadhaar card and PAN card, fill the membership form and pay a one-time membership fee. Our staff will help you through the process.
What is the minimum amount to open an FD?
You can open a Fixed Deposit (FD) with a minimum of ₹5,000 only. The interest rate goes up to 9.5% p.a. for tenures of 3 years and above.
How quickly can I get a personal loan?
For existing members with good standing, personal loans are typically processed within 48 hours. Minimal documentation is required.
Can I start an RD with a small amount?
Yes! You can start a Recurring Deposit (RD) with as little as ₹500 per month. Tenure options are available from 1 year to 5 years.
Is my money safe with CashTree?
Yes. CashTree is registered under the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Delhi. We follow all regulatory guidelines and undergo annual audits.
What documents are needed for a gold loan?
You need your Aadhaar card, a passport-size photo, and the gold jewellery. We do an in-branch valuation and disburse the loan the same day.
Can I pay my loan EMI online?
You can pay your EMI by visiting our branch or via bank transfer. Please contact us for the account details and reference number format.
How do I check my FD or RD balance?
You can visit our branch or call our member care number to check your balance and interest earned. A passbook is also issued at account opening.
